A nice walk up Snowdon - but done the hard way! Weather permitting the day starts by scrambling up 'Crib Goch' and traversing it's knife edge ridge. All round fitness and a good head for heights are needed!
From there we follow the horseshoe shaped ridges of the mountain over the second highest summit in Wales, Carnedd Ugain, and up to Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) itself, where in summertime refreshments await at the Cafe!
The day isn't over however, as we continue down the far side to Bwlch y Saethau (The pass of the Arrows, where King Arthur was reputedly slain) and onto Lliwedd with spectacular views back over the day's route and into the Cwm below.
A long hard day, but one that will be difficult to forget!
