North Wales is a fantastic place to discover wildlife, and for birdwatchers there are many different habitats to explore from simple garden/ parkland birds through farmland, beaches, sea cliffs and the mountains.
Through the year well over 200 species of birds can be found in the area.
Our "Introduction to Birding" day will take you to several of the best spots around North Wales, and teach you how to use the bird's appearance as well as habitat, behaviour, songs and calls to identify different bird groups and common species.
