Prices vary according to the duration and difficulty of the activity and the amount of equipment involved, but as a guideline a simple half-day local walk would start at around £40 per person, whilst a full day of Rock Climbing might be £200 for a small group. 

When making a booking a 20% deposit will be required to secure the date. The remainder is due at 28 days prior to the activity. All payments are non-refundable however we will always try and re schedule the activity for another date. 

Any cancellations or amendments to activity dates or details must be in writing (email or letter) and need to be acknowledged by Colwyn Outdoors.

Colwyn Outdoors will inform you at the time of booking what clothing or equipment you need. You will usually need to have full waterproof jacket and trousers and suitable footwear. In the event of adverse weather conditions appropriate alternative adventures may be offered instead of the planned and booked activity. 

In the event of Colwyn Outdoors cancelling a booking a Full Refund of the activity cost will be offered, or rebooking for another date. However Colwyn Outdoors will not be liable and are unable to reimburse any travel or accommodation expenses incurred.

Some of our Adventures can be physically and mentally challenging; please read the descriptions carefully and ask us if you have any concerns. You will need to ensure that you are fit to participate in the activities or courses booked and understand the physical demands involved.

All Adventure Activities entail some degree of risk, including a risk of serious or even fatal injury. Colwyn Outdoors takes all reasonable steps to avoid undue danger, but you will need to take responsibility for your own actions and involvements during the course or activity and abide by safety decisions made by the group instructor. Because of the risks involved people under the age of 18 years need to be accompanied by a parent. 

We will often take photographs during our adventures for use in promotional materials and social media. Please tick the box on the booking form and let us know ifyou do NOT wish your photograph to be taken and used in this way. 

Colwyn Outdoors is insured for Public Liability and Professional Indemnity. We strongly recommend you consider taking out Personal Insurance for both cancellation costs and for personal injury.
